Request more info for testing

I am unable to reproduce this problem using Mac OS Safari and Chrome.

Please restart your device and see if the issue persists.
Also, if possible, please try to save favorites using a different browser.

To investigate further, I will need as much information as possible about the device you are using.
Please provide info such as
* Type of device (examples are iPhone, Android Phone, Tablet, Computer etc.)
* Operating system (examples are IOS version 15,  Mac OS 11, Windows 10, etc.)
* Browser (examples are Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Chrome, etc.)
